Exchange Policy
*There are no returns accepted, however if you are not 100% satisfied then we will accommodate the amount that was spent on a new suit.
*If you wish to return your item/s for an exchange, please send them back within 14 days from the shipment date.
*We will not accept any items that shown signs of being worn, laundered, odor, fragrance, smoke. If an item is returned in these conditions, the item will be sent back to you at your cost. No exceptions. All hang tags must be attached.
*Shipping costs are not refundable.
*Normal shipping charges apply to all exchanges.
*Any claims of damaged items, or any problems, they need to be made within 48 hours of receiving your package, which is signed for by you & verified by the postal service. You can e-mail info@retroswimwear.com for these claims!
How to Exchange:
*Be sure to add insurance & tracking to your package. We will not be responsible for lost items coming from the customer.
*Fold item/s and place in their zip lock bag and be sure to include a copy of your invoice. Please include a note on your invoice why you are making an exchange.

* To exchange your item, please place a new order on www.retroswimwear.com. Once we receive your returned item, we will credit your account.
Shipping
*All of our swimwear is made to order. Please allow 3 weeks for shipment in the US, and up to 4 weeks for International orders.
All shipments made in the us are $10. International orders $35 (includes insurance).
